What is the estimated delivery time?
We assure a safe & smooth delivery within 7 days of order placement.
For custom products, the delivery time varies from 10 days to 5 weeks, as per the order.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
No. The final price quoted includes shipping charge, without any hidden charges.
How do I ensure I have received a genuine Walnut product?
1. Please look for any breakages of the seal, cracks, chip-offs or peel-offs. If there is a lack of luster or shine, reach out to us and we will get it fixed.
2. Ensure the delivery team assembles the product when/if they need assembling.
3. For wall installations or products that need to replace existing items, please ensure you have made the necessary arrangements and that there are sufficient provisions made for installations.
4. Remember to keep the products to be placed on the floor on even surfaces.
5. Always test the product by using/sitting/laying on it.
6. Differing grain patterns, stain differences, and small knots are part of the natural qualities of wood. Small knots which do not impact the product will be filled with putty and polished to ensure they do not alter the structural stability of the product. Grain patterns and stain differences are fine on hardwood products.
7. Hardwood products may expand slightly during the summer which might cause some drawers to get stuck. This is totally normal and no reason to be worried. Get in touch with us and our after-sales team will fix it with ease.
8. Once the product has been delivered and installed, we will only honour manufacturing defects as well as other fair usage damages – as outlined in the warranty policy.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged product (as per our guidelines), please let us know immediately. You can also write to us at email@example.com
You can expect a response within 2 business days where we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement as per the degree of damage.
What is your order cancellation policy?
In cases where you have to cancel the order for products that are in stock, we will honor it and in cases where the cancellation is late and the product has already been prepared or when the product is delivered, then we will not be in a position to cancel the order. In such cases, you will forfeit the advance amount paid for the product.
Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests. We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform the Service Associate. Our delivery staff will assist you with any questions you may have.
